Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access to appointment times for all clients, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. After three missed appointments, a deposit will be required to book any future services. This deposit will be applied to the final service total. If the client cancels within 24 hours or does not show up, the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable per salon policy.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the salon directly at 203-265-4337. We understand that emergencies happen and unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the salon’s discretion.
Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via our standard communication channels of phone, text or email.
Please Note: Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show.
Monetary / Pricing Policy
While we strive to keep pricing consistent, all prices and services are subject to change at any time. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash.
Please Note: Gift cards reported lost or stolen cannot be redeemed.
Late Arrival Policy
If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but if you arrive late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to forfeit their appointment or receive a reduced service, depending on the stylist’s schedule. Standard cancellation and rescheduling terms still apply.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re unhappy with a service, please notify us within two weeks of your appointment and we’ll happily provide a complimentary redo. Products may be returned for exchange or monetary refund with proof of purchase.
